You are entitled to a full refund if you announce your reschedule or cancellation 24 hours prior booking service time.
We strive to accommodate the appointment needs of our clients, and make every effort to keep on time for appointments scheduled. If your appointment time becomes inconvenient for you, we are always happy to change it if you provide us with one business day (24 hours) notice. Clients will generally be allowed a 5-10 minute grace period. If you are late, we may not be able to complete the entire treatment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will have to rescheduled in order to meet the needs of those who are on time for their pre-reserved visit. The missed appointment will be considered a missed appointment and 50% of your non refundable deposit will be detained. Please remember that your appointments are reserved for you and only you.
